POWER FOR THE FULL HOUR
Now in our sports hall... A fun, rhythmic and high intensity class providing a full body workout while improving general fitness, tone and burning calories. Starting with an aerobic warm up, linking moves together to create a routine, then moving on to muscular strength and endurance exercises to target every muscle group.
