Using lightly weighted drumsticks, Pound transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. Pound is a full body workout which combines cardio, conditioning and strength training. You can burn up to 900+ calories per hour, improve coordination, agility and endurance. It's also a great stress reliever.

 

 

Pound is an infectious sweat-dripping fun way of playing the drums.
