Our superb studio is air conditioned, with a fantastic sound system and a wooden sprung-floor. Here you can take part in one of our exercise classes, led by a fully-qualified instructor. A class can help to establish a regular exercise routine and offers the opportunity to meet new people in a healthy and fun environment. Whether you want to work up a sweat or just stretch and relax, we can offer a class to suit you.

CORE FITNESS - Target strength and posture

A whole body resistance workout using the core stability balls to improve balance, joint and body stability, increase core strength, and reduce risk of injury.

SPINNING - A Great cardio workout

Spinning burns serious calories and offers an awesome aerobic workout that makes your heart pump fast. You can finish a spin class, regardless of your fitness level, simply by adjusting your pace or the tension dial on the bike.

STEP - Step your way to a slimmer you

Step movement will help trim inches off your bum, waist, and thighs. Learn the basics in a fun exercise class.

BOXERCISE - Improve your fitness, co-ordination and endurance

A high intensity whole body workout using elements from boxing training and light weights in a circuit form. Great for releasing the day’s tensions!

FIT, FIRM & FUN - Forever popular – our longest running class

Low impact Aerobics to help improve stamina and co-ordination. Finishing with body conditioning exercises for that all important muscle tone.

LEGS, BUMS & TUMS - Tighten and tone those problem areas

A low impact workout using various resistance techniques. Does exactly what it says on the tin!

PILATES - Intelligent exercise

A series of exercises for lengthening, strengthening and toning muscles. Using mental and physical techniques to condition the body, helping to create a better mind body balance. Great for correcting poor posture and associated problems.

YOGA - Focus the mind and body

The class lasts about 90 minutes during which you will can practice and perfect the postures (asanas) and relaxation techniques.

KETTLEBELL CIRCUIT - Build strength and endurance

Kettlebell exercises build strength and endurance, particularly in the lower back, legs, and shoulders, and increase grip strength. Our circuit also incorporates barbells, fitballs and more.

ZUMBA® - Party yourself into shape

The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. This class is popular worldwide. Even the celebs brag that they do Zumba.
