Wild Goose Qi Gong

Learn the most important form of the system - the 1st 64
Dayan Wild Goose Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese healing art which combines the gentle movements of the wild goose with the principles and theory of traditional Chinese medicine.
For thousands of years people in China have practised qi gong as a way to prevent and cure many diseases and health problems and as a way to cultivate mind, body and spirit.
During this 12 week course (every Sunday starting 29th January) Adam will teach you the most important form of the system which is called the 1st 64 form.

Adam has 18 years experience in the practice of Qi Gong and is an instructor for the Chinese Dayan Qi Gong Association under the 28th Generation Grandmaster Wang Tai Li. Adam was lucky enough to be taught privately one to one by Grand Master Wang Tai Li while staying at his home in China.

You can watch the video demonstration of the form on website: www.wildgooseqigong.eu

This is a course being run by Adam (not the Leisure Centre). For further information, call him on 07923215799
