NEW exercise timetable for 2011

We have added some new exciting classes to our exercise class timetable which will start January 4th in the new year.
Zumba - The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. This class is popular worldwide. Even the celebs brag that they do Zumba. Try something new Thursdays 6:30pm.
Kettlebell Circuit - Kettlebell exercises build strength and endurance, particularly in the lower back, legs, and shoulders, and increase grip strength. Our circuit also incorporates barbells, fitballs and more.
Our new timetable also includes, as requested, a late spinning class.
